Welcome to season 2016

Welcome to season 2016/17 where the A Grade side will be out to defend there premiership and go back to back. A few changes on the playing group, With Peter Radford and Joe Lynch leaving the club, while Dale Kerr has taken over from Ty Norman from the coaching job due to becoming a dad. Well done Ty and Tija on the birth of Lana Milla Norman. Ty was not the only one becoming a father during the off-season with Joe and Michelle Coles giving birth to their bundle of joy Samuel. Congratulations Joe and Michelle, another future father and son.

The club will be fielding four sides this year again, however A and C Grades are the only ones playing this week as B Grade has a bye and D Grade starts their season the following week. A Grade will host Barwon Heads while C Grade will travel too Newcomb to take on Wellington.

So to all the players that will be taking the field this week as well as this season, we wish you all a great season and hopefully we have all grades competing for a spot in the finals. Go Seas!
