Season 2021-22 from the Anglesea Cricket Club
It nearly that time of the year again, CRICKET season! I hope will have an enjoyable break &/or a rewarding winter season of sport. Anglesea Cricket Club is fielding 2 x Under 11 sides, 1 x Under 13’s side, 1 x Under 15’s, Under 17’s and Junior Blast Program again for this coming season.
Organised sport for kids and teens is often a great way get your children to regularly participate in physical activity and social inclusion. Being part of a sport team provides many social benefits but it also means that you are much more likely to regularly commit to training and game days as your team depends on you!
The club is always receptive to hear from interested players and their families, so if you know of someone interested in playing, please feel free to pass on a copy of this letter. The Anglesea Cricket Club is an inclusive club that supports both boys and girls in our teams.
Junior games are played on Friday nights for the Under 11’s and Saturday mornings for the Under 13’s, 15’s and 17’s. Most Under 11’s games are within the Surf Coast region and the 13’s, 15’s and 17’s within the Geelong, Bellarine and Surf Coast region’s dependent on grading results.
